Kimberly Washington is a seasoned family law attorney at Bryan Fagan, PLLC, having been with the firm since 2015. Known for her dedication, strong leadership, and proven track record in client representation, Kimberly was appointed Managing Senior Attorney. In this role, she oversees a team of more than 15 attorneys and manages staff communication issues.
With a deep passion for helping parents protect their relationship with their children, Kimberly focuses on educating clients about their rights and guiding them toward decisions that support the long-term well-being of their children. As a mother herself, she understands the importance of both parents being actively involved in a child’s life.
Kimberly also brings significant experience in military family law, including divorce, and is well-equipped to support military personnel and their spouses through family law matters. Additionally, she has a strong background in handling complex business-related divorce cases.
Kimberly understands the challenge of balancing a career with the demands of parenthood. She is married and a proud mother of two active sons, who keep her busy with football, track, and basketball. Between managing their practice and game schedules, attending events, and volunteering as a “team mom,” Kimberly spends many nights and weekends traveling to various sporting events. Despite her busy schedule, she makes sure her children stay focused on their academics and enjoys cooking for her family whenever time allows.

Additionally, Kimberly handled subsequent custody matters involving the children’s biological parents and non-biological mother, ultimately securing primary custody for her client.
