From an early age, Bryan Fagan was drawn to the legal world, inspired by the film adaptation of John Grisham’s The Pelican Brief. Motivated by his passion, Bryan pursued his goal of becoming an attorney. Today, he represents families across Texas, guiding them through difficult divorces and family law challenges.
Growing up in Atascocita, a small town northeast of Houston, Bryan was one of four siblings, including two adopted brothers. His father was an engineer, and his mother was a dedicated teacher. As the first lawyer in his family, Bryan’s journey into law began at South Texas College of Law. There, he gained valuable experience working at a boutique family law firm, where he developed a strong passion for family law, a field that would shape his career.
Family has always been central to Bryan’s life. He completed his undergraduate degree online to care for his grandmother who was battling Alzheimer’s. He later chose to attend South Texas College of Law’s evening program, allowing him to continue providing care during the day. After graduating, Bryan married his wife, and they now have three children: James, 6; Arron, 4; and their youngest, 4-month-old Emily. During the early years of their marriage, Bryan’s father unexpectedly passed away at 70. This difficult loss had a profound impact, strengthening Bryan both personally and professionally, and deepening his commitment as a lawyer, husband, and father.
Bryan’s personal experiences have only enhanced his understanding of the importance of family and its influence on his legal work. He has developed an innovative, paperless, and efficient approach to family law, focusing on providing high-end service as a modern alternative to traditional practices. Bryan is also a certified member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, joining an elite group of legal professionals who demonstrate exceptional expertise through continuing education.
